Warband Warscroll: Rippa's Snarlfangs
Inspire
After a Power step, if a friendly fighter is equipped with 2 or more Upgrades, Inspire that fighter.
After a friendly fighter Attacks again as a result of the Snarlfang's Jaws Weapon ability, if that Attack is successful, Inspire that fighter.
Pack Tactics
Rippa and his cronies might not get along, but they're no strangers to ganging up on prey.
Use this in your Power step. Pick an enemy fighter. Push each friendly fighter 1 hex closer to that fighter. You can only use this ability once per game.
Smell Weakness
Both grots and Snarlfangs love picking on the weak; in tandem, they make a vicious combination.
Use this in a Power step. In the next turn, rolls of (icon) and (icon) do not count as successes in Attack rolls or Save rolls for enemy fighters adjacent to any friendly fighters. You can only use this ability once per game.
Transcriber note: the warscroll prints "Usethis" with the space missing; it is transcribed here as "Use this". The two dice symbols in the rules text are shown here as "(icon)"; the source gives no legend for them and they are not named.
Duck and Dive
Call it luck, call it agility – either way, it's saved Rippa and his crew more than once.
Use this immediately after a friendly fighter is picked to be the target of an Attack. Save rolls made for that fighter for that Attack count as having more (icon) than the Attack roll for the purposes of Stand Fast. You can only use this ability once per game.
Transcriber note: the "(icon)" in this ability is a symbol with no legend in the source. It is not named here.
Snarlfang's Jaws
If a friendly fighter's weapon has the (runemark icon) runemark, you have access to the following Weapon ability:
Snarlfang's Jaws (runemark icon): After a successful or drawn Attack, the attacker can immediately Attack again using the relevant weapon below. These weapons cannot be modified.
If the attacker is Uninspired, use this weapon:
- Weapon stat row: crossed-weapons icon; hex-ring icon 1; hook icon 1; starburst icon 2.
If the attacker is Inspired, use this weapon:
- Weapon stat row: crossed-weapons icon; hex-ring icon 1; crossed-box icon 2; starburst icon 2.
Transcriber note: the two weapon stat rows above are icon-only in the source and are described by shape. The first is the Uninspired weapon, the second the Inspired weapon.
Fighters
The three fighter stat cards below show each fighter's printed values. Their icons carry no legend in the source, so each icon is described by its shape rather than named. Left column, top to bottom: a blue Move value, a green shield-with-figure value, a red Wounds value and an orange Bounty value. Weapon rows read left to right in the order printed.
