VYDAR'S RANGE ENHANCEMENT AURA All friendly figures with a Range number of 4 or more who follow Vydar and are within 4 clear sight spaces of Laglor add 2 to their Range number. Vydar's Range Enhancement Aura does not affect Laglor.
AUTOLOAD SPECIAL ATTACK Range 7. Attack 3. When attacking with Autoload Special Attack, you may roll Vydar Valkyrie dice. If you roll at least one Vydar symbol, you may attack again using Autoload Special Attack.
Valkyrie Dice
The Flagbearer abilities above refer to Valkyrie dice of each affiliation. The base Valkyrie die rules are in the Rise of the Valkyrie rulebook. The source gives no further text on the face symbols of these dice beyond what the abilities name:
- Skull and shield symbols are the general combat symbols.
- The Vydar symbol is named in Laglor's Autoload Special Attack ability. Its face is not described in the source.
The box for this pack says to use the Valkyrie dice in normal combat (counting only skulls or shields) or as described on Laglor's Army Card. The scanned card is the Laglor card; the source does not show a separate Army Card text.
Gaps in This Source
- No publisher rules insert, rules sheet or set contents list was found for this pack. The source is a single scan of the Laglor card, so the pack's other content, if any, is not transcribed.
- The Vydar Valkyrie die faces beyond the skull and shield are not stated anywhere in the sources. The Vydar symbol's meaning is therefore not explained, and the Autoload Special Attack rule is transcribed as printed.
- The scan is a low-resolution community image (600 x 563 pixels). The card text was read at its printed size and matches the Laglor entry in the catalogued set rulebook.
- BGG lists this pack under bggid 467017. The Heroscape Master Set: Rise of the Valkyrie base rules are not reproduced here.
