- No publisher rules sheet exists for this survivor, and no BGG file is listed for this game. The text is transcribed from two community photographs of the printed card, not from flat scans or publisher files.
- The card does not restate the meaning of its skills. The terms "Taunt", "Reaper", "Bloodlust", "Point-blank", "Toxic immunity", "Action", "Move Action", "Ranged Action" and "Combat Action", and the rules for each skill, are defined in the base Zombicide rulebook and are not reproduced here.
