The Zombivor side of the same card is the infected version of the survivor. It is printed as Doc with the following skills, top to bottom, with the level colour of each entry:

  • Medic (blue level)
  • +1 Free Melee Action (yellow level)
  • +1 to Dice Roll: Melee (orange level)
  • Barbarian (orange level)

Gaps and Judgment Calls

  • The card does not restate the meaning of its skills. The terms and rules for "Medic", "Action", "Free Combat Action", "Free Melee Action", "Dice Roll", "Reaper", "Damage", "Roll 6", "Barbarian" and "Zombie Link" are defined in the base Zombicide rulebook and are not reproduced here.
  • The stat track on each side is shown as a column of numbered boxes ending in a skull. The scan is cropped at the right edge, so the text printed to the right of each track box (the stat values beside each number) is not visible and is not transcribed.
  • The card's flavour art, the character's name banner artwork and the biohazard emblem on the Zombivor side are not rules and are omitted.
  • The skill level colours are read from the coloured arrow icons printed beside each skill; they indicate the skill level as defined in the base game rulebook.
  • The card is transcribed from the publisher's card images. The reverse (Zombivor) side is transcribed as its own section, as printed.
