Clarifications
Great Eared Nightjar: This card counts as both a single bird whose beak points to the left and a single bird whose beak points neither left nor right.
Indian Paradise Flycatcher: This card counts as a single bird whose beak points to the left.
Purple Sunbird: This bird's food cost includes as an option nectar (the nectar food icon), a food type introduced in the Oceania Expansion. This bird can still be played in games that do not use nectar.
Automa Solo Mode
Some of the bird powers in this pack require Automa rules introduced in various expansions and not included in the Wingspan Automa rulebook. A complete set of these rules is included in the Wingspan Asia Automa rulebook.
Bonus Card Terms
Bonus cards from the original game include these new terms.
Anatomist: ear, heart
Cartographer: Bali, Bengal, China, Dauria, India, Luzon, Nicobar, Pacific, steppe, sea, South, Sulu, Taiwan
Photographer: blood, copper, crimson, pink
The addition of copper as a color term here means that the Coppersmith Barbet now qualifies for Photographer, overriding the statement to the contrary in the Wingspan Asia appendix.
Transcriber's note: the photograph is soft at the Cartographer list. The term after "South" is read as "Sulu" and is the least certain word in this transcription; check it against the printed card if a player disputes the spelling.
