Surveyor Crew
You may play any of the face-up tiles onto the board as if they were part of your hand of tiles. This allows you to play up to 6 tiles in one turn (8 if you also have the extra boiler). You may use Salvage Yard or Scrap Yard on the faceup tiles when you have Surveyor Crew.
Tile Icons
The tile is printed with the name "SURVEYOR CREW" and these icons, as they appear on the tile: two tile-stack icons and a "5" badge at the top, the text "PLAY THE FACE-UP DRAW TILES AS IF PART OF YOUR HAND" across the middle, and three green hexagons below it. The sheet's text does not explain the icons or the "5" badge, so they are not given a rule here beyond what is written above.
