Object of the Game

Collect 3 cards to win!

Setup

  1. Agree on which side of Swampy's tub each player will use.
  2. Shuffle the cards well and turn the top card face up. Tip: To make the game easier, you may remove the cards with the highest difficulty level (the levels marked with 3 ducks). On cards marked with the gear symbol, you may place the depicted pieces on the game board in any way you like.
  3. Look carefully at the drawn card and build Swampy's sewer as shown on the card. Place the duck plugs and poison plugs in the positions the card specifies, and place one yellow marble behind each duck and one purple marble behind each poison obstacle. Note: You may need to move some water stoppers. Holes may also be left open.
  4. Each player takes 5 blue "water drops" (blue marbles).

Water Marsch! Help Swampy Get a "Shower"

Players take turns, one after another, throwing one water marble into one of the funnels, alternating, until all 10 blue marbles have been delivered into Swampy's tub.

A player starts. When it is your turn, do the following:

  1. SLIDE Swampy to your side of the tub to catch the marbles.
  2. THROW a blue water marble into any funnel and try to hit the yellow or blue marbles with your "water drop" and send them into Swampy's tub. Note: The game board may not be touched or shaken while doing this.
  3. COUNT the marbles on your side of the tub after all of you have alternately thrown in the 10 "water drops".

Scoring

  • Blue water marble = 1 point
  • Yellow duck marble = 1 point
  • Purple poison marble = minus 1 point

The player who scored the highest total wins the card, because he treated Swampy to a shower. If there is a tie, play one more round with the same card.

Continue playing until a player has collected 3 cards. That player wins!

Solo Play for 1 Player

If you are the only player today who wants to help Swampy get a shower, try to collect as many cards as you can. For each card you may throw in 10 water drops (blue marbles). If you manage to send 3 duck marbles into the tub, you may keep the card. If not, set the card aside and draw a new one.

Assembly (for adults)

Assembly requires an adult. The game is for ages 5 and up, for 1 to 2 players.

  1. Carefully punch out all accessory parts from the plastic frame. If needed, smooth any protruding edges with a soft nail file or sandpaper. Only discard the frame after all accessory parts have been removed.
  2. Set the game board into the board frame. Attach the 4 funnels to the top edge.
  3. Assemble the two-part slider and attach it to the frame. Slide the cover over the slider.
  4. Turn the game board over and attach the back panel.
  5. Insert the pins on the tub into the frame, and insert the shower into the tub.
  6. Stick the stickers onto the plastic parts.
  7. Place Swampy on the slider.
  8. Insert the round water stoppers into any holes of the game board. Holes may also be left open. Now the game can be played!
