How many Werewolf cards do I use with 7 or more players?
The rulebook states the 7-player threshold in Setup.

Use a second Werewolf card from 7 players up; below that, one. The rulebook's Setup says to add the second Werewolf at 7 or more players, while its Second Werewolf section calls it an optional addition. Keep the total card count at players plus one.
