Rules Card
The dark rules card prints three activation icons, each with a rule beside it.
- Copy icon (a green placement space marked "="): Copy the dice placement space above, including all required assets, costs, and effects.
- x2 icon (a green tile marked "x2"): When the above Vista activates, activate it a second time.
- Lightning icon (a green tile with a lightning bolt): Resolve the immediate effect of the above Open Water card again.
Townsfolk Cards
Each card has the same layout as the base Townsfolk cards: two coin costs at the top left, a star at the top right, a name banner, and an activation icon in the bottom-left corner of the banner. The printed card carries no rules text other than that icon. Its ability is the rule that the icon matches on the rules card above.

Card Notes
- Rules card wording: The third line on the rules card reads "Resolve the immediate effect of the above open water card again." In the scan, the words before "card again" are partly covered by a neighbouring card. The wording above is taken from the clearer BGG photos of the same card.
- Card tag icons: Each Townsfolk card also shows a small tag icon in the lower-right corner of its name banner (a city, a harbour, a vista, or an open-water mark). These icons are not explained by printed text on the cards or the rules card, so they are not transcribed as rules here.
- Star and coin marks: The coin costs and the star at the top right are not explained by printed text and are not transcribed as rules.
