Can Heroic Temptation's Commit remove the corruption I just placed so I still get the track bonus?
The designer stated both the intention and that the rules as written allow it.

As written, yes — you can resolve the other advance first, remove the corruption, then advance the corrupted track and gain its bonus. The designer says the intention was to deny the bonus, but he considers it a harmless loophole and has not errata'd it.
