Voidfall
Do I get the bonuses printed on my origin card or starting technology again during setup?
The designers answered this several times in 2023 for different houses and setups.

No — the starting technology's immediate effect, its influence, civilization-track advances and trade bonuses are already built into the origin card and the 10 starting Influence, so you do not claim them again. The one exception is a Bounty token: you reveal it and add the resources it shows.
