Can I play an agenda with a house focus card that has a different icon from the card it replaces?
A designer ruled on this in several threads.

No. To play an agenda, the focus card's icon must match an icon on the agenda, and house cards with unique icons (Uplift, Raid, Scheme and so on) match none. Replacement cards with the same name and icon as the original do work. A replacement also does not count as the original for other effects unless the name matches.
