Treatments

You can add these new cards to your VIRUS! or VIRUS! 2: Evolution decks.

Coloured Thieves

Steal an organ of the same colour as the coloured thief and place it on your body. You can steal healthy, vaccinated, infected or even immunized organs.

Remember that you cannot have two organs of the same colour.

Alien Transplant

Swap an organ card between two players. It does not matter if these organs have different colours, or whether they are healthy, infected, vaccinated or even immunized.

No player can end up with two organs of the same colour.

Phantom

Swap this card with the one on top of the discard pile. You can then play that card or keep it in your hand.

Failed Experiment

You can only play this card on an infected or vaccinated organ.

When played, choose whether it acts as a virus or as a medicine, and choose any colour for it:

• Cure a virus
• Destroy an organ
• Neutralise a vaccine
• Immunise an organ

Trick or Treat

Play this card on another player's body.

A player cannot win the game as long as they have Trick or Treat on their body.

To get rid of Trick or Treat, cure, vaccinate or immunise another player's organ and then put the Trick or Treat card on that player's body.

Body Swap

Choose left or right when you play this card.

Every player passes their entire body to the player next to them on the chosen side.

Organ

You can add these new card to your VIRUS! or VIRUS! 2: Evolution decks.

Mutant Organ

Discard an organ on your body (including any virus or medicine card on it) and replace it with the Mutant Organ.

This Mutant Organ counts as an extra organ of a new colour (orange) to form your body. It can be targeted by multicoloured cards and treatment cards.
