Card Text
Plague (PrM-3)
The card face prints the name PLAGUE in the lower right corner and the code PrM-3 in the upper right corner. It has no rules text. Printed on the card, from top to bottom:
- Attack (lightning icon, in a blue box).
- Attack (lightning icon, in a blue box).
- Move (curved-arrow icon, in a white box).
- Move (curved-arrow icon, in a white box).
- Star-eye icon showing the numeral 0 (in a star-shaped frame).
Card Actions
This card shows four Action Symbols and one star-eye symbol.
- Two Attack symbols. Each lightning symbol allows you to take one Attack action, so you may take up to two Attacks. Both symbols sit in blue boxes, so both Attacks must be made in the Zone that you combined with this Mutation card in Step #1 of the round. Each Attack follows the normal Attack rules in "The Actions Described": remove one Virus from one Organ that belongs to another player, in which you own at least one Virus.
- Two Move symbols. Each curved arrow allows you to take one Move action, so you may take up to two Moves. The arrows sit in white boxes, so they are not limited to the Zone on your Zone card. Each Move follows the normal Move rules in "The Actions Described".
- Star-eye symbol with 0. The frame and the numeral 0 are printed as shown. The base rulebook does not define this symbol. The sibling promo card for Viral (Rampage Mutation, PrM-2) uses the same frame with the numeral 1 and is read there as a Victory Point value, so this symbol is most likely the Victory Point value of this card, which would be 0 VP. This reading is an inference from the sibling card, not from printed text in the base rulebook, and it is disclosed here as such.
You can take the actions in any order, and you do not have to take all of them. As with every Mutation card, the symbols are optional, and you may take all, some, or none of them.
