Can the Advertisers Wine Expert take a Magnate multiplier tile?
The expansion text says action tiles; the designer only described how he plays it.

Uncertain. The expansion sheet says the Advertisers expert takes a Magnate Action tile, one tile per use. The designer said he plays that it can take any Magnate tile, including multipliers, but another player reads it as action tiles only.
