Monster Cards

Each card lists its Area icon, its Type icon, its cost to slay, its Victory Points, and its reward. The cost to slay is the Strength value in the red shield and the Magic value in the blue icon. Victory Points are shown in the purple icon. The reward strip sits along the bottom of the card.

Kaharian Hatchlings

  • Area: Kaharian
  • Type: Minion
  • Cost to slay: 5 Strength
  • Victory Points: 2
  • Reward: Gain 3 Gold, or take a Peasant.

The mirror lists three Kaharian Hatchlings cards in this pack (ids 176, 177 and 178). See the Gaps and Notes section on the 5-player tag on card 178.

Kaharian Brute

  • Area: Kaharian
  • Type: Titan
  • Cost to slay: 9 Strength
  • Victory Points: 2
  • Reward: Take a Citizen, and gain 2 Gold.

The mirror lists two Kaharian Brute cards in this pack (ids 179 and 180).

Kaharian Hunt Mage

  • Area: Kaharian
  • Type: Warden (see Gaps and Notes)
  • Cost to slay: 5 Strength, 6 Magic
  • Victory Points: 0
  • Reward: Take a Citizen, then take a Domain.

The mirror lists one Kaharian Hunt Mage card in this pack (id 181).

Kaharian Kill Master

  • Area: Kaharian
  • Type: Boss
  • Cost to slay: 10 Strength, 2 Magic
  • Victory Points: 5
  • Reward: Gain 1 Magic for each Kaharian Monster you own, or take a Citizen.

The mirror lists one Kaharian Kill Master card in this pack (id 182).

Gaps and Notes

  • No full rulebook. This file covers only the four monster cards named in the pack's contents. No setup, turn or rules insert was found. Terms on the cards (Strength, Magic, Victory Points, slay, Gold, Area, Type, Monster, Citizen, Domain, Peasant, Minion, Titan, Warden and Boss) are base-game terms defined in the Valeria: Card Kingdoms rulebook.
  • Area divider. The pack also contains a grey "Kaharier" area divider card. It has no rules text and is not transcribed beyond this note. Its name is the Kaharian Area, which matches the Area icon on all four monster cards.
  • Reward text read from icons. The printed card faces show the rewards only as icons, not as written sentences. The reward lines above are the icons read as words. The wiki gives the same rewards in written form ("Gain 3 Gold, or take a Peasant", "Take a Citizen", "Take a Citizen, then take a Domain", "Gain 1 Magic for each Kaharian Monster you own, or take a Citizen"). Those wiki sentences are the mirror's transcription, not printed wording, and are used only to cross-check the icons.
  • Icon reading. The red shield is the Strength cost, the blue icon is the Magic cost, and the purple icon is Victory Points. The stat values match the numbers printed beside these icons on all four scans, and they match the wiki's stat values for these cards.
  • Reward separator. On Hatchlings and Kill Master, a vertical bar sits between the two rewards. It is written here as "or", which matches the wiki's "choose" wording for these cards. On Hunt Mage, a plus sign sits between Citizen and Domain, written here as "then take", matching the wiki. On Brute, a plus sign sits between Citizen and 2 Gold, written here as "and gain".
  • Kill Master Magic reward. The reward shows 1 Magic for each Area icon of the Kaharian Area, written here as "for each Kaharian Monster you own" following the wiki. The base rulebook counts slain Monsters for Area-icon rewards, so the wording "you own" is the wiki's and is not confirmed against a printed card.
  • Area icon. The black beast-head icon in the top right is the Kaharian Area icon. The base rulebook lists eight Monster Areas, and Kaharian is not one of them. The base rulebook's rule that a Monster's Area icon sets its stack applies here.
  • Type icons. The Type labels are the wiki's, read against the icons on the scans. The base rulebook names only Boss, Minion, Beast and Titan, so "Warden" on the Hunt Mage is the wiki's label and is not confirmed by a printed rule.
  • Copies. The scans of cards 176, 177 and 178 are identical, and so are those of 179 and 180. The mirror may reuse one image per name, so identical scans do not prove separate printed copies. The copy counts above come from the mirror's card ids.
  • 5-player tag. The wiki's detail page for card 178 gives the tag "5p extra". The wiki's monster list places the 5P marker in front of card 179 instead. The two disagree, and the detail page is followed here. No 5-player marker is visible on the scan of any card, so the tag is not confirmed. The base rulebook's Setup note says that 5-player Monsters are added to the stacks only for 5-player games.
  • Language of the printed pack. The English scans on page one show the English card names used here. The photo of the physical pack (BGG item image 6636532) is a German printing with German card names, and it shows the same stats and icons. Its card layout matches the scans.
  • Not transcribed. The mirror also gives an "Order" number (1 to 7) for each card. It is not printed on the scans and is left out. The stack layout for the pack is not printed on the cards, so it is not given here.
  • Source quality. The card scans are 400 by 571 pixel images from a fan mirror, plus a photo of the physical pack. Stats and icons were read from the scans and checked against the mirror's text. Nothing that could not be read on the scans has been filled in.
