How does Humanity loss turn into a Wound?

When a Vagrant would lose their last Humanity, they suffer a Wound (flipping a Skill, or optionally Junk to Broken), and their Humanity resets to maximum. Any extra loss from that same effect is ignored. Each Skill or Junk card still face-up effectively adds a full Humanity bar.
