How does a Haint use its Move, and does it detour to haunt extra Vagrants?

It moves up to its Move value, ending in Range of its target, and uses spare movement to haunt as many Vagrants as possible, including the target. If already in range it still moves to haunt more while staying in range. A Haint keeps moving after Haunting.
