How do you play an additional card with data discs, and how many can you play?

Pay 1.5 discs for a green card, 1 for a red one or 0.5 for a yellow one, before or after your main card. You may do only one data-disc additional action per turn, so with this option you play at most two cards in a turn. The extra card may be any colour, and a card drawn during your main action may be played as the additional card.
