Can Recon take a Fog of War card from my deck or discard pile, and must I play the card I draw?
Recon's wording in the rulebook limits it to your hand.

No to the first: Recon removes a Fog of War card from your hand only. You then draw one card, which is an ordinary card you may play or leave unplayed.
