Can I take control of a tile that has an enemy unit on it?
The designer recommended the revised rule for Normandy and it replaced the printed text.

The printed Normandy rule says no whenever an enemy counter is on the tile. The designers say you can instead use the revised Control rule (from Reinforcements and North Africa), which they recommend for Normandy: you cannot take control only when the enemy already controls the tile and has a unit there. Under it, an uncontrolled tile holding an enemy unit can be taken. Early designer and publisher replies followed the original text.
