Leaflet Notes

Beholder

The first night, the Beholder is shown who the Seer is.

Using this information wisely is key to being a successful Beholder. The most important thing to remember is that the Seer doesn't want to be found out, but if they know there is a Beholder in the game, they will try to communicate what they know to that player. The Seer may say "I don't trust Bobby," and that could be a clear indicator that Bobby is a werewolf. However, keep in mind that the Seer only gets to view one player per day, so it might be the case that they really don't trust Bobby, but don't have any additional information about him.

The Beholder might want to try to secretly convey to the Seer that they they are the Beholder, but this can be perilous...if a Werewolf catches you then the Seer might be the next to go!

The Count

The first night, The Count is told how many Werewolves are in each half of the village. The Moderator should indicate where the "halfway" point is (across from The Count), and tell him the number of werewolves in each half. "One Werewolf...Two scary Werewolves...Three horrendous Werewolves...ah ha ha."

The smaller the game, the more impact this has. It's a bad idea to add The Count to a game where there is only one Werewolf (from the Werewolves' point of view).

Insomniac

Every night, the Insomniac is told if anyone woke up at night who is sitting next to him.

The moderator does not tell the Insomniac if 1 or 2
