Can I spend Trade Goods or more influence on Logistics for extra command counters?
Several replies agree.

Yes. Logistics costs 3 influence per counter, in any multiple, and Trade Goods can pay instead of exhausting planets (though not for votes). New counters go straight to the area of your choice.
