How do players get Command Counters during the game?

Mainly the 2 you get in the Status Phase and the 4 from the Logistics primary; the Political strategy also gives one, leftover strategy card bonus counters add more, and Warfare can return a placed counter to your Command Pool. Other players can also buy counters with the Logistics secondary.
