How does a Biohazard or Radiation Domain Counter affect landing?

Only attempting to land triggers a counter. Biohazard destroys the first Ground Force to land, so land at least two; Radiation kills all landing Ground Forces, so any PDS brought along also dies. Razing a face-down counter can happen at the start of Planetary Landing, so you can raze and land in one action.
