Do Fighters or Advanced Fighters count against fleet supply?

Fighters normally do not count against fleet supply. Advanced Fighters that have no Carrier, War Sun or Space Dock supporting them in their system do count, according to forum players. The rulebook also says enemy ships cannot move through a system containing Advanced Fighters.
