When receiving Action Cards past the limit of seven, can I see all new cards first?
The rulebook states the limit and the one-at-a-time rule; whether you may see a batch first is a forum reading.

Probably yes when you receive several cards at once while below the limit: the rule says to discard after receiving, so forum players read it as letting you look at them all first. If you are already at seven and about to draw more, the rulebook says to draw and discard one card at a time.
