When does the game end?
The End of the Game section ties the end to the final red Event card.

At the end of the round in which the last red Event card enters play, which is round 6 with 4 players, 5 with 3 and 4 with 2. Players treat the red deck set up at the start as the timer, so extra red cards called in by Resistance do not lengthen the game.
