Is turn order fair, and does everyone get to be start player?
The designer said every player starts once and gave balance reasons; whether the order is fair is debated.
Everyone is start player exactly once after all Activity cards are in play, and the start card passes left each round. Players disagree on whether early or late seats are better; the designer says the first turns are balanced by the start player facing the black dice, by being paid for dice others want, and by good small-dice actions.
