How does Tithe work with buying dice and group size?
The card text is clear on the free die; the extra-purchase point is argued by several players.

Tithe lets you take up to one yellow die per player for free when building a group, including from the neutral district. The group still holds at most three dice, you can add your own dice, and you can still buy a second die from the same opponent at the normal price. A Tithe cube is needed only for the free dice; a yellow card can be activated with ordinary payment.
