Are money, cubes and neutral pieces limited in number?
The designer said money and gray cubes are unlimited; the rulebook says cubes are unlimited and caps neutral citizens at 8.

Deniers and cubes (including the gray cubes) are unlimited; if you run short, substitute tokens, coins or a note. VP tokens are treated the same way in practice. Citizens are limited: 12 per player, and only 8 neutral citizens exist, so when all 8 are in play, Event cards that add neutral citizens are ignored.
