Each component bought from the Quick Order slot costs 1 coin more, so two Ropes at 2 coins cost 2 x (2+1) = 6. Bargain lowers the total price of the purchase by 1 per extra AP, not the price of every single item. The surcharge is per component, not one flat +1 on the whole purchase.
