In what order does the solo Heir send its Characters?
The designer confirmed the order and the contested-location rule.

The Heir works through Locations by priority: Protégé to Downtown, Specialist to the Academy, Specialist or Apprentice to the Theater, and so on. On the first pass it skips Locations you do not contest, so your own placements change the order. If its Magician and an Apprentice share the Theater, the Apprentice is placed first.
