How does Grand Premiere work: first performance only, and can it be combined with New Twist or Street Performance?
The designer said it must be the absolute first performance; the combinations come from forum agreement.

Grand Premiere doubles one chosen trick's Fame, Coin or Shard yield only if it is performed for the very first time in the game. With New Twist (perform twice), only the first copy counts as a first performance, so only that one is doubled. Street Performance does not count as performing, so the trick is still unperformed and can be doubled later.
