What if a component type runs out of tokens?
The publisher confirmed shards are unlimited, and the other component answers agree.

Use a substitute. Components, including Trickerion shards, are treated as unlimited, so replace any missing token with something else. Trick markers are different: they are limited to four per suit for each player.
