Only if it was genuinely prepared. Components are checked only when you place the trick, and you can replace them afterward. A trick that is merely preparable thanks to a Practice Room discount cannot be moved into a classroom. Exceptions are the odd routes where a marker gets on a trick without components, such as certain Special Assignment cards or lost components after preparing.
