Cannot be removed from the Dungeon Hall unless defeated.
BREACH: Move the Death Sentinel to Rank 0. While the Death Sentinel remains in Rank 0, all other Monsters gain +1 Health.
Guardian Rules
The Death Sentinel is a Guardian. The Guardian rules (including the Rank 0 space, Guardian immunity to removal, and Breach Effects) are in the "Guardian Cards" section of the Thunderstone: Wrath of the Elements rulebook, and are not repeated here.
Card Note

Going by the Monster card layout described in the base Thunderstone rulebook, the 10 at upper right is the Monster's Health, the 3 at lower right is its Victory Points, and the 1 at lower left is its Experience Points.
