If my Leader would expire when an Age ends, do I still get his production first?

It depends on whose turn the Age ends. The Card Row is refilled at the start of a turn, so if the last Civil card is placed at the start of your own turn, your Leader is discarded before your production. If it happens at the start of the next player's turn, you already scored him at the end of your own turn.
