Object

Have the most tokens left when any player is eliminated.

Contents

54 cards rulesheet a die (not included) 15 tokens per player (not included)

Setup

Shuffle the deck and deal each player 5 cards.

Each player must provide 15 tokens. Don't use coins because anybody who gambles on a game with the title "Worst Game Ever" is an idiot.

The person who has most recently won a game goes first. Play continues clockwise until somebody runs out of tokens.

Sequence of Play

Ante – Pay one token to the kitty.

Draw a card

Attack somebody

  1. Choose a player to attack and how many tokens you want to take from them.
  2. Roll the die. If the die roll was higher than the declared number, take that number of tokens. Otherwise, you get nothing.

About the Cards

The cards take precedence over these rules. Check the hand limit of 7 cards at the end of each player's turn. If the deck is exhausted, shuffle the discards to make a new deck. Cards can be played at any time unless they say otherwise on the card.

Stays in Play

Cards marked "STAYS IN PLAY" remain in play in front of you until something happens to make them go away such as a condition on that card or another card.

Timing Issues

If two or more players play cards, resolve last one played first.

Kitty

The pot in the middle of the table is the kitty. This is where tokens go when you ante them at the start of your turn. When a card in play with tokens is discarded, put the tokens in the kitty. Any tokens that are left in the kitty at the end of the game go to the winner.

If players are entitled to take more tokens from the kitty than it has, deal them out one token at a time in player order starting with the active player until the kitty runs out.
