How do I create a new building site, and what does it cost?

Question

Accepted Answer

With a build action, pay any 8 resources to clear an empty tile into a building site, or 12 for two sites in one action, and you gain the build action's fame once. It is unlocked later in the campaign. Building on an existing site costs just the building's printed price.
