Idea of the Game

Who can secretly capture the most tasty garlic with their vampire?

Contents

1 game board, 4 vampires (in four colors), 4 dice (in four colors), 4 vampire ID cards, 9 garlic cards, 3 tomato cards, 1 rules sheet.

Playing time: approx. 10 - 20 minutes.

Setup

  • Place the game board in the middle.
  • Shuffle all garlic and tomato cards together and stack them face down.
  • Place three of the cards face up on the three cloud spaces.
  • Stand the vampire figures on their matching houses.
  • All four figures always play.
  • Shuffle all vampire ID cards face down; each player secretly receives one ID card. It shows the color of their own vampire.

Play

  • Roll all four dice.
  • Choose two dice with numbers of pips and move the vampires of the matching colors forward according to the number of pips.
  • Vampires whose die shows the bat may not be moved.
  • If a vampire moves onto the castle, the card from cloud III is placed on that vampire's house. Then the figure is also stood on its house again.
  • Then slide the cards from cloud II to III and from cloud I to II, and place a new card on cloud I.

End of the Game

The game ends when all twelve cards have been distributed.

Each player now reveals their vampire ID card and takes the cards from the house of their own vampire. Everyone counts their points: each garlic = 1 plus point, each tomato = 1 minus point.

The player with the most points wins.
