Components

  • 24 ladybird cards
  • 1 dice shaker
  • 1 dice

Setting Up the Game

  • Spread the cards out, with the spots face up on the table.

Playing the Game

  1. Roll the dice. The youngest player starts. Roll the dice.
  2. Count the spots. Find a card on the table with the same number of spots as shown on the dice. Players can check they are right by counting with their finger.
  3. Count the ladybirds. Turn the card over and count how many ladybirds are on the leaf. Place the card in a pile next to you. Play passes to the next player.
    • Some leaves have no ladybirds on them.
    • If there are no cards with the same number of spots, play passes on.

The game ends when all the cards have been taken.

Winning

The winner is the player with the most ladybirds at the end of the game.
