Which cards can I communicate, and where does the token go?
The rulebook spells out the three placements and bans rocket communication; the task-card case follows from the same rule.

Put one of your colour cards face up and place the token on it: top if it is your highest card of that colour, middle if it is your only one, bottom if it is your lowest. Rocket cards can never be communicated. You may also communicate the colour card that matches a task you hold, if it meets one of the three conditions.
