The two cards are not named on the scan, so they are identified here by position: the left card and the right card. Both cost 3.
Left card (cost 3)
When you use Explore, you may build the card immediately.
Right card (cost 3)
When you use Explore, you get the bonus shown by the card's icons: a coin-type income icon, and a two-card bonus.
Note on the right card: the printed icons are a coin-type token with an arrow, a plus sign, and a "2" over an eye symbol that stands for Explore. The scan is too small to confirm the coin's exact amount or the exact card-draw wording.
