When integrating the cards from Servants of the Black Gate into your games of Terrors of London, all rules for the base game apply. Simply shuffle the monsters and relics into the Market during setup. The overlords from Servants of the Black Gate (Arbella, Stheno, Charon, and Samedi) differ from those in the base game in only one way. Instead of using Influence cards, these overlords have monsters called underlings. These underlings behave like other Monster cards, but they directly support their Overlord's abilities.
Setup
The overlords in Servants of the Black Gate utilize underlings instead of Influence cards like those in the base game. When using one of the overlords from Servants of the Black Gate, take the underlings of that faction and add them to your starting deck of Cultists and Fanatics.
NOTE: Follow all other rules from the base game when using the overlords, monsters, and relics from the Servants of the Black Gate.
