New Holland (Building and City tags, card 289)
Cost: 20 MC.
Tags: building, city.
Requirement: 4 city tiles on Mars.
Increase your MC production 3 steps. Place a city tile on top of an already placed ocean tile, following normal city placement restrictions. This tile counts as a city and an ocean. Place this tile rotated 30° on the ocean, so the ocean is partly visible.
(The card's printed rules text is enclosed in parentheses on the card. The "M€" symbol on the card is rendered here as "MC".)
