Transcriber Notes
- The card faces show several small circular icons (dashed "VP" circles and ✕ circles on Compromise, Hated, Loneliness, Growing Closer, and Chance Meeting). The card text does not explain them, and their meaning is defined in the base Tanto Cuore: Winter Romance rules, which are not reproduced here. They are not transcribed as rules.
- The heart-value numbers (Chapel 6, Meetup Spot 3 7, Ross Allison 5) and the top-right value on Ross Allison (2) are printed on the faces but not explained by the card text. Their meaning comes from the base rules.
- Meetup Successful carries only its title and the line "Game over!" on the card face, transcribed as printed.
- The text on each card face is read from the full-size publisher scan. No base-game rulebook text is included, because the promos are expansion content and this file contains only the promo cards' own text.
