Notes
- Briefcase icon. The base rulebook identifies the office icon as "a little briefcase" and lists it as an interactive icon. The Collector's Edition rulebook lists the Office icon among the interactive icons. The printed effect therefore counts tiles bearing the Office icon.
- Scope of "for every". The base rulebook defines "Every" as all tiles in all boroughs, including your own borough and including the tile itself where it fits the criteria. The tile prints no narrower scope, so this definition is the one that applies to this tile's text.
- Timing. The tile does not print a timing word. The base rulebook's tile-resolution order applies the conditional effect at the bottom of a tile (step 3) when the tile is placed. Check the base rules if a game depends on this.
- Upper-right "+3". The tile prints the +3 as a boxed number with no icon. The Suburbia 5★ rulebook's manifest legend reads a boxed number as Reputation, which would make the immediate effect Reputation +3. This is an inference from that legend, not a printed label on this tile.
- Lower-left icon. The stacked-lines glyph on the tile is reproduced as printed. The tile does not spell out what it means, and this entry does not assign it a further rule.
- Lake face. The back is the standard "A" Lake tile with its printed cost and adjacency text. It is placed as a Lake under the base rules, which pay $2 per adjacent Commercial, Industrial, Residential, or Civic tile. The slashes between the four icons mean the effect applies to any of those tiles.
