- Roman numeral marking: III (printed in a box in the lower left, below the cost; the tile prints no meaning for it)

- Interactive icon (lower right): crescent moon with a plus, the Nightlife icon
- Printed effect (bottom banner): −10 [red icon] for every [car icon]
Notes
- Red icon. The printed negative figure carries a red icon. The tile does not print a label for it. The icon is drawn as a red star-burst rather than a meeple. The Collector's Edition legend reads a red meeple as a decrease in Population, so this entry reads the "−10" as a Population decrease of 10. That reading is an inference from the legend, not a printed label on the tile.
- Car icon. The car glyph matches the Car Dealership icon, which the Collector's Edition rulebook lists among the interactive icons. The printed effect therefore counts tiles bearing the car icon.
- Scope of "for every". The Collector's Edition rulebook defines "for every" as all tiles in all boroughs, including your own borough and including the tile itself where it fits the criteria. The tile prints no narrower scope, so this definition applies. This tile carries no car icon, so it does not count itself.
- Upper-right "+2". The tile prints the +2 inside a white circle with no icon. The Collector's Edition legend reads a circle symbol as an Income adjustment, so the immediate effect is read as +2 Income. The tile does not spell this out, and this entry does not assign it any further rule.
- Tier marking. The Roman numeral III in the lower-left box is reproduced as printed. The tile does not say what it means, and this entry does not assign it a rule.
- Nightlife icon. The crescent moon with a plus is the Nightlife icon, which the Collector's Edition rulebook says every Suburbia Nightlife tile carries. The tile prints no further wording about how it interacts with other Nightlife tiles.
