What happens to a docked Phantom when the Ghost is destroyed or leaves the play area?

If the Ghost is destroyed, the Phantom takes damage and deploys at once but doesn't act until the next round. Should the Ghost fly off the table with the Phantom still on board, both are lost. A destroyed Ghost costs the Phantom one damage as it launches.
